Levone Jack
Levone Jack went home to be with the Lord Thursday September 24, 2020, he was born February 6, 1942 in Preston, MS. He was a retiree of General Motors and was a member of UAW Local Union 663 and will be missed by friends and relatives.
Levone enjoyed gardening, fishing in his own pond, cutting grass and just being outdoors. He was known as the best janitor at Guide Lamp Division of General Motors. In his early age he worked at Frisch’s Big Boy and could flip hamburgers as fast as a jet.
He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years Ora Jack, daughters, Anita Jean (Willie) Wright of Brooklyn Park, MN, Linda (Dave) Shinkle of Dayton, OH, Son, Marlon Terrel Jack of Anderson, IN, Eight Grandchildren and Eight Great Grandchildren, Brothers, Alonzo (Rev. Dr. Anita) Jack , Larry (Gwen) Jack of California, , Sisters in law, Nelba Mayes of Huntsville, AL, Bertha (Elijah) Hollingsworth of Kokomo, IN, Annie (Samuel) Davis of Anderson, IN, Martha Powell and a host of nieces, cousins, loved ones and dear friends.
Levone was preceded in death by his parents, J.C. and Catherine Turner, father, and mother in law, Clinton & Molesta Hudson, brother Terry Turner, and many more relatives.
Saturday, October 3, visitation will begin at 11am and the memorial service will start at 12 Noon.
