Dan Logan Jr.

Dan Logan Jr., age 66 of Anderson passed away peacefully at his residence on December 26, 2020 with his wife Otha by his side.  He was born March 21, 1954 in Greenwood, MS to Dan Logan Sr. and Katherine (Johnson) Logan. Dan was retired from GM Guide Division after 30 years of service.

He was a faithful witness of Jehovah and attended the Anderson South congregation. He loved studying the Bible with others and having Jehovah by his side, spending time with his family and hosting Barbecues with his grand kids.

Survivors include his wife Otha Logan his wife of 42 years children, Cudeidre Richardson, Dan Logan III, Danielle Logan, Joshua Logan, Melissa Logan, Brenda Jackson, and Christopher Logan, Grandchildren Tyra Wells, Kendrick Sutton II, Jordan Jackson, Jayla Jackson, Dezmon, Logan, Zyaihre Logan, Arman Richardson, Almahdi Richardson, Christiana Logan, Addonis Logan, Sophia Logan. Mother, Katherine Logan, Gillispie brothers, John Henry Logan II, John Larry Logan, Bruce Logan, sisters Mary Harrison, Teresa (Perry) Wilson, Betty Shaw, Brother-in-laws Sherman Nunn, Robert Nunn, sisters-in-laws Jearlene Nunn, Darsene Nunn, and a host of family friends.

Dan was preceded in death by his father Dan Logan Sr. sister Kery Logan and brother, Robert Ellis Logan.

Private family viewing will be held today. A public memorial service will be held at a later date.
