Shirley Ann King, AKA "Tunk", was born February 21, 1971 in Anderson, IN to the late Willie James King Sr and Annie L. Youngblood-King. She attended Highland High School class of 1989. She worked at General Motors Guide Division, also a 1st Shift Team Leader at Dormakaba. She joined Anderson Zion Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. J.T. Menifee and was a faithful member of the Women's
Ministry and Audio Sound Ministry. Shirley enjoyed cooking, making CD's, traveling and spending time with family and friends, but most of all her dogs who she loved and adored named, ALA and BAMA.
Shirley is survived by her brother WIllie James King Jr (Oleatha) of Anderson, Nephews Tevin and Trevin of Anderson; Nephew Antonio King and one Great Nephew Khalil all of Vincennes, IN. five Aunts Lexis Ruth King of Anderson, IN, LaVater Briley and Shirley Brunson of Chicago, IL; Betty Woods and Dorothy Baker-Avery of Dayton ,OH; one Uncle John Henry King Jr. and a host of special cousins and friends. God Mothers Lorriane Campbell and Mother Ina Windham, God Kids Day'Leiah Brown and Nevaeh Stamps. Special Friends Mia Chamberlain, Janeda Hood, LaVenia Turner, Albert Chamberlain and Shelltah Chamberlain.
Shirley was preceded in death by her Parents Willie King Sr and Annie Youngblood-King, Sister LaVater King, Maternal and Paternal Grandparents and a host of other relatives.
